SEPA Withdrawals

Send EUR from your balance to bank accounts via SEPA.

How it works#

1.
Create the withdrawal with Create SEPA Withdrawal, providing the EUR balance, the recipient's name, IBAN and transfer title.
2.
Track the status via webhooks or with Get SEPA Withdrawal Details.

Good to know#

Each SEPA withdrawal is currently reviewed manually by support before sending. A new withdrawal has status STARTED and then PENDING while it awaits the review.
The full amount, including the fee, is debited from the balance when the withdrawal is created. If the withdrawal is rejected, the full amount is returned.
amount in the request includes the fee - the recipient receives amount - fee.
Do not retry automatically
If a withdrawal request times out, the withdrawal may have been created. Check Get Balance History or wait for the webhook before retrying, to avoid a duplicate withdrawal.
