Crypto Withdrawal

This module contains endpoints for sending cryptocurrencies to external wallets.

Key Principles#

Network Fees: Blockchain fees are dynamic. You should check the current fee before initiating a withdrawal to ensure the balance is sufficient.
Network Accuracy: Assets must be sent via their supported networks. Sending funds to an incompatible network may result in permanent loss.
Compliance (Travel Rule): Every withdrawal requires recipient information such as name, walletType, and receiverType.

Core Endpoints#

Get Network Fee
Calculate the estimated network fee for a potential cryptocurrency withdrawal.
Create Crypto Withdrawal
Initiate a new request to withdraw cryptocurrency to an external address.
Get Crypto Withdrawal Details
Retrieve the full details and current status of a specific withdrawal transaction.
Network Selection is Final
Sending cryptocurrency to an incompatible network or an incorrect address may result in the permanent loss of funds. These transactions cannot be reversed once broadcast to the blockchain.

Typical Workflow#

1.
Estimate Cost: Call Get Network Fee for the chosen currency and network. The fee is deducted in addition to the withdrawal amount.
2.
Verify Balance: Ensure the Partner Master Wallet has enough funds to cover Withdrawal Amount + Network Fee.
3.
Execute: Call Create Crypto Withdrawal with the destination address and the mandatory compliance data.
4.
Monitor: Track the withdrawal status with Get Crypto Withdrawal Details or receive real-time updates via webhooks.

Important Notes#

Asynchronous Processing: Withdrawals are queued and undergo risk checks before being broadcast to the blockchain.
Travel Rule: Accurate recipient data is mandatory for successful processing.
Transaction Hash Availability: The blockchain transaction hash becomes available only after the withdrawal is successfully broadcast.
